The City of Nitro is making it easier for students and parents to raise money for local youth programs in the area. Nitro Mayor Dave Casebolt launched a new program Tuesday that allows athletic programs, extracurricular programs and other youth activities to consolidate fundraising efforts through the Greater Nitro Youth Foundation.
