Waste Management was hauling loads of their items from Slack Street to WV Cashin in Nitro to process them because the authority did not have a truck to do the job, but as of Tuesday, Young said a truck is on the way. Young said the passion Williams has for recycling is what made him stand out from others. "You have meet Ron to get the vibe off of him. There's plenty of businesses and residents who really take recycling serious, but he has done so much on his own with no reward or any kind of compensation," Young said.
